Before Order

The shipping cost will be calculated automatically when you add the items you want to buy to your cart and register your address.

After you place your order, we will contact you via chat if there is any discrepancy in the shipping cost.

I would like to know the shipping cost.

Our shipping rate at checkout is an estimation. 
In some cases when you buy two or more items in once, the shipping may be displayed at a higher rate than actual rate. 
We check the shipping after we receive your order. If you pay more money than we need, we refund it to you. 
If you would like to pay the actual amount only, please feel free to contact us. 
We will send you an invoice. 

We usually ship within 3 to 5 business days after receiving your order.

This is a reserved item and will be ordered from the vendor.

After Order

Changes made after inventory is secured may incur a fee.
Please contact us via chat as soon as possible.

A handling fee will be charged for cancellations or product changes made after 6 hours of order placement.
If a handling charge is incurred, a representative will explain the details at a later date.

Yes, it is possible.
If there is no request from the customer, the order will be shipped as is.

We pack most rods in solid PVC tube. (Some rods with a hard rod case, we pack them in thick carbon box. 
There is still a few possibilities but we are trying to minimize the risk every day.
